Explore the benefits/downsides of creating manufacturing operations outside United States (OUS).
When implementing Global Business Strategies, it is important to understand your multi- cultural and diverse work place. You must adapt to a transnational business organization that require approaches and systems which allow for a variety of systems to allow variations of diversity. This could be "national" cultural diversity between countries, races and or ethnic groups. It is important for leadership to understand the issues when dealing with foreign owned or managing foreign facilities and or people. How do you manage this when creating a manufacturing operations outside the US.?
What are the advantages/disadvantages of just-in-time manufacturing? Strategic alliances? How does technology support the opportunity for using OUS resources to manage production? Give two examples of companies that have utilized OUS manufacturing capabilities successfully. Give two examples where going outside of the US has failed. Reference Hill textbook, WSJ, key relevant websites, etc. to give your arguments and examples depth. Use APA format.

Introduction-
- Does the introduction explain what the paper is about? Does it give a quick overview of pros and cons analysis?
Analysis-
- Does the paper have three to five main points that are supported by references in the text with page numbers of analyzing all of the variables?
- Does the analyses connect to your introduction and conclusion and the "heart" of your hypothesis?
Conclusion-
- Is the conclusion a clear and concise recap of the analysis?
- The conclusion cannot bring in any new ideas!
- Does the conclusion tie into the first two or three sentences in thought?
- Process, Punctuation and Grammar Are all of the words spelled correctly?
- Are the correct words used?
- Is the wording smooth to read?
- Is proper grammar used?
- Does the paper follow APA Guidelines?
