Problem1. The effective 21st century educational administrator is one who has the relevant competencies in the use of technology in teaching, learning and educational administration.  There are Technology Standards for such administrator. These standards, which offer a subset of knowledge and skills for effective use of technology in schools, are as follows:

(i) Vision and Leadership,

(ii) Teaching and Learning,

(iii) Productivity and Professional Practice,

(iv) Support, Operations, and Management,

(v) Evaluation and Assessment,

(vi) Social, Legal, and Ethical Issues.
