3. What do you consider the most probable and least probable biological agent to be deployed by terrorists against the American public? Why?

4. In the early 1980s the government of South Africa established a CBW program called Project Coast. During the apartheid, many black citizens became subjects of a variety of experiments using biological agents. Compare Project Coast with the experiments used by Japanese Unit 731. How were they similar and how were they different? Was one more lethal or dangerous than the other?
