As part of any business process engineering effort, a process hierarchy is created to depict the process, the subprocesses, and sub-subprocesses until finally the activities or steps of the process are described. Both the APQC Process Classification and the Solution Manager processes provide a process hierarchy. What are some of the similarities/differences between the Solution Manager processes and the APQC Process Classification Framework for AP, Sales Order, and Purchase Order?
