As part of any business process engineering effort, a process hierarchy is created to depict the process, the sub processes and sub-sub processes until finally the activities or steps of the process are described. Both the APQC Process Classification and the Solution Manager processes provide a process hierarchy. Illustrate what are some of the similarities/differences among the Solution Manager processes and the APQC Process Classification Framework for AP, Sales Order and Purchase Order?
