For your course project work this week, consider what you have learned about diagnosing organizations and the diagnostic process. Use that knowledge to complete the first milestone of your course project.

Milestone One: Problem Identification

· Description of the organization

· Context of the problem

· Explanation of the problem (i.e., what is the problem and why?)

Select an organization in which you are, were, or hope to be employed. Include in the paper the following:

· Paper title

· Description of the organization. (Please mask the organization name for confidentiality.)

· Problem identification

· Context of the problem and the explanation (i.e., what is the problem and why?)

The paper should be at least 1-2 page(s) in length.
