4. You need an very concise intro paragraph describing the threat to policymakers. Then, in 2 or 3 paragraphs, analyze the threat with 3 evidence. Back up evidence from your unclassified sources.

5. Provide a concise conclusion. Reiterate why the US should care about this threat.
