Detailed instructions: Using clear, insightful critical thinking, your paper must include the following elements:

Identify the company and provide background on why you are recommending this action plan, including why this plan of action is needed

Provide at least three detailed action steps as part of the plan as your recommendation

Clearly define quantitatively at least two desired results of the action plan

Identify the statistical method and quantitative analysis that will be used to determine the results of the action plan

Identify the statistical and quantitative criteria that would determine if the results of the action plan were successful, including an explanation of the difference between statistical and practical significance

Paper requirements:

Length: Minimum of 1200 words not including title page, references, or appendices (if applicable).

Research requirements: five research sources. Sources must be credible and from the last five years.
