For one week use a minimum of one of the following:

• Productivity Planner

• Headspace

• Eisenhower Method

Based upon your selection(s) write and submit a one-page reflection piece describing the impact the tool or tools have had on your life over the course of the week.

For those that choose to use either or both the 'Eisenhower Method' and 'Productivityy Planner', include within your submission, two completed, sample/example pages documenting your use of these tools.

These can be either separate file submissions (i.e. word documents') or even uploaded camera snapshots (Productivity Planner) to again show their use. Hence each student is able to submit a maximum of three files for this assignment, depending upon selection.

Include within your piece such items as:

• What advantages and disadvantages you found

• What impact (positive or negative) your choice had on your overall quality of life

• Specific examples of two areas out of 6 of the health model that the tool impacted.

• Whether or not you will continue to use the tool moving forwards.
