For my course project, I propose a clothing company. Not just a typical clothing business, one that will keep customers coming back to make new purchases monthly. I will have a team of partners who will help me with making sure the production of these products is on-point and that we have all of the latest trends incorporated with our designs. We will have two ways a customer can shop on our site. They can choose to be a member of our club (Fabangels) or they can choose to stop by our website every now and then. Most of our customers will choose to be members of our club so that they will get great perks such as discounts and a personal stylist. They will also get coupons to shop on our site for their birthdays and periodically throughout the year. Special terms will be in place to encourage the customer will return by the 5th of the month. If they choose not to shop on our site by the 5th of the month, their credit card will be charged if they don’t click on skip this month.
My team members and I will also do a blog to help us communicate with our club members to find out what kind of designs they would like to see in our collection. We will also include healthy diet recipes, work out material suggestions, and fun ideas that they can do on their own or with their friends. I will also try to recruit people who shop at Fabangels to sell the clothes on their own and make a percentage of the profits of what they sell. The recruits can choose to get paid in cash or in merchandise.
As club members shop, they will earn points according to the amount they spend to earn free outfits that are customized just for them by their personal stylist. This will encourage the customer to spend more money so that they can earn more points for free merchandise. A customer who is not a member of the club will not earn points or receive coupons for future purchases. Customers who are members will get a digital catalog every month and choose one new outfit for half of the price of retail, or their credit card will be charged $50 that can be used at a later time on future purchases.

MISSION STATEMENT
What makes Fabangels different from all the top brands? Every woman should be ale to afford great quality, great fit, great fit, and great styles. Fabangels makes sure that every woman with every body-type can find a style that is easily accessible, comfortable, and trendy. It is my mission to provide you with state of the art fashion that is comfortable, stylish, and always fits your budget.
Within one year, my goal is to have 1,000 online members in the Fabangels membership club. Since we will have outfits starting at only $59.00, I plan to make at least $708,000. I’m sure that we will make more money than that because the outfits can be as much as $100. If a member purchases an outfit for $100 once a month for 12 months, that’s $1,200 that we can invest back into the business. Possibly before the year is over, the company will have much more exposure and I plan to have double the amount of Fabangel members and I could branch out and start selling more products, or even a children’s clothing line.
