Focus in on specific team concepts and share an application of this/these concept(s) to an experience you have had as an individual on a team OR that you have viewed on a sports team that you are particularly familiar with OR as you see applied to a movie about teams.

Whether you are using a movie or a personal experience application, share the specifics by describing the situation, and then address SPECIFICALLY how your chosen concept is illustrated. If you have a film clip or other creative illustration to share, post that too! Choose ONE for this discussion to focus on are: 1) one of the five "Cs" of effective team behavior; 2) some aspect of team norms; 3) how task interdependence affects the effectiveness of a team; 3) stages of team development; 4) constraints on team decision making.
