FLIGBY is about balancing people, profit and planet (sustainability and environment) in a way that there is a much bigger emphasis on people than on the other two aspects.

How would you balance these three at your own company or in your own life? Bear in mind that the three together have to be 100% and in case you increase one aspect, the other two have to decrease, so when you craft your response, assign percentages to each.
