Finding solutions to problems is influenced by how one frames the problem. In other terms, what one thinks is wrong will influence what one thinks the accessible solution(s) to be. Similarly, the perspective or “lens” through which one views the condition will influence what one “sees.” The final project in this class comprises of exploring the workings of organizational behaviour from different lenses with special attention to problems that take place and inhibit organizational productivity. For Week 1, review the systems model of the organizations. Remember that everything is connected. Everything affects everything else. Every constituent in the model influences organizational (human) behaviour. When viewed from such a systems perspective, what might lessen positive or productive organizational behaviours? For illustration, how might technology negatively affect human behaviour, or how might organizational culture negatively affect human behaviour, and so forth? Recognize three to five of these types of “issues.” Give brief illustrations from your organizations that demonstrate these problems where possible. In addition, how might you prevent and fix these issues? Based upon your findings, prepare down a three- to four-page paper in APA format please mention all references
