Find a city in the U.S. that has a current climate action strategy or plan and obtain a copy of that document (or any associated documents)

The basic structure of the assignment task is this: You should provide a very brief overview of the structure and purpose of the climate action strategy document. Specifically, assess how the climate change hazard has been defined in that community, whether the community has adopted a mitigation strategy, and adaptation strategy, or some combination thereof. Further, assess which stakeholders were involved in formulating the plan or strategy, who is responsible for implementation, and offer your judgment as to the strengths and weaknesses of the strategy. Again, your response must be 4-5 pages in length.
