Final Project Each project should be approximately eight - twelve pages (12 point font, double spaced, 1"margins with no more than two spaces between paragraphs. It should be a double-spaced narrative of a hypothetical creative event, either corporate or social, incorporating the five phases of event management, and particularly the creative design. The purpose of the event must be clearly stated and the research supported.

The power point presentation to accompany this project should be between 10 and 15 slides.

Project checklist:

2) Table of contents

3) Description of the overall event in an introductory statement

4) Research process including needs assessment: why, who, when, where, what and a SWOT analysis

5) Design phase describing how the event was conceived

6) Planning phase describing the organizational framework demonstrating knowledge of administration and including the organizational chart, budget with chart of accounts, time line and the vendor list

7) Coordination phase describing the operations of the event including the production schedule, vendor agreements, load in and out arrangements, and site diagram

8) Evaluation phase describing the event conclusions and recommendations resulting from this event and how the process was conducted

9) An appendix including sketches, pictures and diagrams
