Contact a local not-for-profit group in your community or you may call the Chairman of your local Town, Village or City Board and attend a meeting. Tell its majors that you are interested in learning about their operations. Ask them to define a project that they are currently working on. Explain what are the objectives? The constraints? The resources? Make a report summarizing the project and what you learned.
Comprise the cover page, table of contents or outline and a works cited page (bibliography). The length of the paper must be at least 6 or 8 double-spaced normal font pages, not including attached supporting graphics, reports, etc. Print as well as electronic sources must be cited appropriately per standard APA format. Proper grammar as well as correct spelling is expected.
