Part 1 (Group):

Part 2 (Individual):

Each member of the group should create a memo for managers of a health care organiation which summarizes his or her research and incorporates useful ideas from the other members.

Objective: describe the drivers of value in healthcare considering operational and strategic architecture for quality standards.

Recognize situations that present potential legal and ethical issues and develop solutions for those issues.

Discuss the opportunities provided by technology for businesses.
