Explain the character also you can in one page. Write characteristics: what do details tell you about character as a person? As representative of their occupation or position in society? Is your selected pilgrim idealized by Chaucer? Or does Chaucer explain him or her as a vicious abuser of ideal for his occupation? Or is pilgrim a mix of good and bad, a subtly ironic description like that of the Prioress?

You might quote the few phrases, but you can paraphrase much of what Chaucer tells us; Give your reader with specific details about character.
