a)  Authoritarian - leader makes all decisions unilaterally and demands obedience of all subordinates. 

b)  Democratic - leader consults and discusses his subordinates.

c) Free Rain or Laissez-Faire - leader exercises minimum controls and provides complete freedom to subordinates to act and decide.
