Think of an example, fairly recently, when some group, organization, or government official embarked on a broad campaign to change something in your neighborhood, community, city. It could be a campaign, for instance, to improve school, improve or clean up neighborhoods, change traffic patterns, deal with homeless people, improve parks or recreational programs, clean up the environment, get public officials to be more responsive, reduce crime, or make public places safer. Who promoted the change? Did the change effort succeed, even partially? Why do you think it did or did not?
