In the organization, decisions are made which can influence many stakeholders. Decision making process advocated by Vilfredo Pareto referred to as Pareto principle or Pareto optimality described in text stated that each person's requirements be met without loss, or very minimal loss to another. To achieve goal managers need to strive to reach consensus and compromise as much as possible. Process needs synergistic approach during decision making process. Approach is essential in making decisions concerning new programs or changes in process.
