There are four processes on the Level 0 on page 187; another team has created level 1 diagrams for three processes and placed in doc sharing in the Project Workbook - Week 3 folder, Review them to ensure consistency:

We will need to create a level 1 diagram for the Record Activity Process using the Level 0 Diagram

You can use MS Visio 2010 or any other MS Office Application (most students use Visio or WORD).
