Excedrin Having serious back pain, only taking one pill at a time, last one at 3:30 this morning. It's now 9:00, is it safe to take one more?

(5 to 5 1/2 hours instead of waiting until 6 hrs)Dosage is "take 2 every 6 hours", if I only take one can I move up the time frame to 5?
