2. Highlight three to five (3-5) potential challenges which the managers or owners of business could face in addressing organizational performance.
3. Give explanation for the effects of detecting organizational gaps in small business, providing illustrations to describe the rationale.
4. Recommend a competitive training strategy which will enhance the position of business in the market. The strategy must comprise, at a minimum, an agenda of training activities, rationale for instructional strategies employed, and the return on investment (ROI) that will be gained from strategy you have developed.
