Contemporary Performance Issue

I need help finding articles to help me with the assignment listed below. I am having a hard time trying to research a "contemporary performance issue." I do not need the power point I just need (1) the concept of the assignment describeed to me, (2) a contemporary performance issue describeed within a organization, and (3) research which would include links to articles, three articles would be helpful. Assignment:

Select an article in which an organization's approach to a contemporary performance issue is reviewed. Create a 15-20 slide PowerPoint presentation summarizing the main points presented in the article. Examine the implications of the issue for the role of managers, and offer how the managers can apply human resource concepts and methods to the issue presented. Be creative, but remember, support your points with exs from the workplace AND research (using APA citations and a reference page). Use at least three sources.
