Questions to ask along the way to critique the LINGUISTIC RELATIVITY of these “things”:

1. QUANTITY: a. How long/ short do these lists come out as? b. What does this say about the relative significance these “things” have for us?

2. QUALITY: a. How positive/ negative are the words on the list? b. What does this say about the relative significance these words (either certain ones or the whole list generated for a “thing”) have for us? c. What makes the discussion more/ less comfortable with these “things” (if anything) and why?
