A. Draw a process flow diagram. What are the (1) bottleneck activity and (2) the maximum number of people that can be vaccinated per hour?

B. if a fifth volunteer is assigned to help administer vaccinations, what activity now becomes the bottleneck? Draw a process flow diagram for this arrangement. How has this arrangement influenced the capacity of the system? (make sure to explain in details)? What is the new service capacity per hour?

C. using five volunteers, recommend a reallocation of activities that would result in increased service capactiy, and draw a corresponding process flow diagram. What is the capacity of the improved system?
