Ethics in Managing Diversity

Select two lawsuit cases dealing with diversity (in age, gender, race, ethnic groups, sexual orientation, etc.) from Chapter 3. In an essay that is at least 2 pages long, discuss how ethical rules worked or did not work in the two cases you selected. For both cases, examine how ethics could have been used to improve (or avoid) the situation. Did the cases you selected influence any changes in laws and regulations?
