Ethics and Decision Making
Consider the role of the individual in the ethical decision-making process within an organization. Explain the dynamics that influence the individual's decision-making. Prepare a paper in which you address the following:
Provide an overview of the ethical decision-making process.
- Compare and contrast the individual vs. the organizational ethical perspectives of decision-making.
- Provide your own perspective
Support your paper with minimum of three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles (seminal research), may be included. Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages
