Ethical decisions can be influenced by someone's culture, experiences, and personal values. The lines of ethical boundaries are often not the same to two different people. Pretend you are an HR Manager and you recently found out that your best friend's spouse is going to be laid off next month at your company, which is their only source of income. You happen to know that they are looking into buying a house and you are worried that they are going to get a large mortgage right before losing their sole job.
