Write a short paragraph that synthesizes your comment on the catalytic nature of change as it applies in your own lives. In addition, I would like for you to think over Kirton’s Adaption-Innovation (A-I) theory and what you learned, sharing your insights about applications for this theory and its material, as well as questions that may still remain in your minds. Specifically, please address the following:

1. How does the catalytic nature of change impact the world in which you live today, and how do you view your own contributions to it?

2. Which elements/concepts do you find most intriguing, interesting, and/or useful? What made them appealing to you about the Kirton’s Adaption-Innovation (A-I) theory?

3. Where and how have you begun to apply what you have learned? Where and how will you apply your new knowledge in the future? Be as specific as possible in these descriptions.
