Review the before and after plan for the technical architecture. Develop a logical architecture which outlines which tiers are involved in the solution and associated software to support the information architecture.

Aspect 4

Identify which business capabilities, value streams and processes will be affected by this solution.

Aspect 5

Briefly state how the customer experience (both internal and external) will be effected by the initial scope.
