Employment at a resort is a good career opportunity. I view the housekeeping positions as part of hospitality, because these individuals are responsible for the upkeep of your rooms. As the HR manager, I would use the survey/problem method to compare my evaluations to turnovers. "The first purpose of a survey is to describe; to count the frequency of some event or to assess the distribution of some variables such as proportion of the population of different age groups, sex, religion, castes and languages, knowledge, attitude and adoption of practices about particular issues, and other information of similar nature about the population. You will conduct this type of survey for your baseline study" (CEMA. 2012). I would use technology for this project. In addition, the survey will show the employees that scored high, low, or individuals that are seeking other employment, or looking for a different career field. Therefore, I will have the opportunity to concentrate on what is more important in the housekeeping department.
