Employee Benefit News had an article titled "Low literacy leads to health problems". In article the U.S. Surgeon General is quoted as saying "health literacy can save lives, save money and enhance the health." Have you ever considered literacy a health issue? This is an area beyond having a different language! What about the people that really can't understand written or oral explanation in English?
