Emotion play a role very important in our interaction with people, rather in our family life, in our workplace, our emotions are your own and it is our duty to keep it in balance with. Emotions are a part of a person’s being that is highly overlooked. It’s always body-mind-spirit. But emotions play a very important role in all three “bodies” and have the power to transform something into nothing. If used properly, the emotions can be a catalyst for change and a hidden force behind manifestation and creativity. I always have an accommodating emotion, always to avoid problem no matter where I am, I try to accommodate myself with the situation. I remember growing up, my mom told me to stop this accommodating emotion because it is not good to always forget yourself and try to fit in the situation. sometimes, smoothing will help to protect more important interests while giving up on some less important ones. As an adult, I discover that she was right, so I am trying to be normal in my emotions, not exceed in anything. The positive side of the accommodating emotion is that people can easily settle their selves, People who are accommodating are often described as being "nice" and find satisfaction in helping others to get their needs met. They tend to be sensitive to the feelings of others and try to be supportive, kind and nurturing. They will often put the needs of others before their own and portray a spirit of cooperation demonstrating the proverb "it is better to give than to receive. The negative side of the accommodating emotion is, people could abuse this knowing they will get there way if they think there right. I believe being an accommodate person is great but it May negatively affect our confidence in our ability to respond to an aggressive person.
