Q. Toys R us has an annual demand of 192000 clay tigers. The retailer manufactures its clay tigers at a production also shipping rate of 3200 per day. Carrying cost is $4 per clay tiger per season (quarter). Cost associated with setting up a production run of clay tigers are $180. It takes exactly 3 days to start the shipping order from the manufacturing facility to a retail store. Production also retail occurs simultaneously; both the retail also manufacturing divisions operate 240 days per year.

Elucidate what should be the optimal batch size (Q) of clay tigers to be produced also shipped to the stores in every order? Keep 4 digits after decimal points in calculations.
