Each student is to find a case of "an employee turned whistleblower" or a former employee (or other person) who reported illegal conduct or refused to participate in conduct that was illegal or violates public policy. For each entry or post, please answer the following questions:

1. Provide a brief narrative of the names of the whistleblower and who the whistle was blown on.;

2. What was the aggrieved or unlawful conduct?;

3. What was the result of the action or grievance (damages, criminal charges, etc.) ?; and

4. Did the Whistleblower gain money or protection or other beneift as part of the process? and if so, what?
