Each student is required to read a journal article on issues addressing acquisitions. The article needs to address "Cost Estimating" in the acquisitions field. The journals must be research oriented, or related journals. This means the article should cite references and have a bibliography at the end of the article. After reading the article, you should prepare a one to two page paper discussing the article and provide a summary to the professor. Include your bibliography and put into APA format.
