3. Use your favorite Web search engine to obtain a list of Web pages that include the words "privacy statement." Visit the Web pages on the search results list until you find a page that includes the text of a privacy statement. Post a screen shot of the page and include the link. Also answer the following questions:

• In your own words, evaluate the overall clarity of the privacy statement - explain if you think it is or is not understandable and why.

4. Your friend Alex has developed an energy drink that she would like to sell online. Prepare a short report in which you outline for Alex the rules and guidelines she should follow in presenting claims about this product on her Web site. Use the link to the Federal Trade Commission:

Critically evaluate the argument that such laws are necessary to protect local retailers from unfair price competition by large online retailers.
