During this week, we will continue our examination of electoral politics and begin to consider governing as applied to the legislative branch in particular. We will examine the many themes that run through the recent documentary, Mr. Cao Goes to Washington.

After viewing the film, Mr. Cao Goes to Washington, choose one of the following themes in political campaigning to research and apply to the election and/or political career of Mr. Cao:
