Donald Trump made big news last year by promising to give your local college $20,000,000 to build a new stadium, provided that they named it Trump Stadium. In reliance on that promise, the college started a capital campaign, and raised the additional $30,000,000 it needed to build the stadium. But then the college trustees started having second thoughts about naming a stadium after Trump when he started making violent, discriminatory and vulgar speeches in his presidential campaign.

Explain the concept of moral consideration, and whether it applies to this scenario. Can the college sue Trump for his contribution? If Trump already made the donation, can he sue to get it back?
