Do you think that HR departments should reveal the various diagnoses and proceedures that occur in a company and leads to the various premiums? These professionals NEVER recieve names of who has what, but they do have a general listing of the various reasons care was sought and what leads to increases. Some feet that this is certainly worth sharing at some level so employees understand why prices are set a certain way. Others feel, even anonymously, that is unethical. It is done in some settings!!!What are your thoughts.
