- Do you think the Hopi reservation should be subject to any of the environmental goals, rules and regulations that the U.S. has set? Do you think environmentalists should be addressing the issue of coal production, even though it occurs on tribal lands? Why/why not?

- Should there be incentives to encourage the Hopi tribes to move away from nonrenewable energy? What could some of these incentives be?
