We should care about the "hidden cities", I think its "hidden cities" plays as a role to help the development of the international business. I like the three sentences that are marked at the end of the first video. "The market is a simplified form of cooperation among strangers- Roberto Mangabeira Unger Facts come from negotiations between different parties.-Paul Feyerabend When can I go into the supermarket and buy what I need with my good looks?" I actually have a certain understanding of the model of the informal economy that the speaker, Robert Neuwirth, said in the video "the power of the informal economy." I believe that many people in America who have been to Outlets often meet people who carry a lot of shopping bags. Some people would be curious about why these people would buy dozens of handbags in the same store? Do they really need to buy that many handbags? I believe many people know that the goods they have purchased are actually for serving their guests outside of the United States. Most of these people are Asian faces. As a traditional Chinese, I know this business model because there are a bunch of people I know who are working in this profession. However, I found gradually that some faces with different skin colors are engaged in this field as well. If people who work in this field have a lot of guests outside of the United States, this career will bring them a considerable income. Most of the Chinese who work in this profession communicate with customers and receiving payment through a social media app in China. This influence of its social media to Chinese people is as same as Facebook or Instagram to Americans, and this social media is called WeChat. As far as I know, some sales in America has applied for a WeChat account to communicate and cooperate with people who are working with the informal economy.
