Every organization is garlanded with numerous diversities in terms of culture, social ethics, values and people. Diversity is good for any organization as it holds huge number of people work under the same roof and for the same cause. Differences in age, race, gender, demographic characteristics, etc. are the components of social diversity. Value diversity includes differences in personality and attitudes. Diversity is most important and its impact on how differences people can work together as a team work and increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Diversity in people's background like education, knowledge, experience, functions and personality is regarded as the informational diversity (Clarke, 2015).

Then write a description of the organization's diversity initiatives. The information you need to write this portion of the project is the secondary and primary research that you have completed. Evaluate the organization's diversity initiatives. This is not an evaluation based on your own opinions. It is an evaluation against the audit criteria (best practices) that you have identified earlier.

Then write your recommendations. The recommendations should flow logically from the description and evaluation of the organization's diversity initiatives.
