You have been asked to provide training to co-workers at your organization or company. The training has to do with your current job.

Using Figure 8-3 in Chapter 8, do you believe that you have the Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA) to be an effective trainer? Explain your rationale.

What resources will you need in order to implement your training?

Are these resources available within your organization or will you need to go outside the organization for them?

Provide some examples. (Note: Do not reveal in the discussion the name of the organization at which the training was taken or the people involved in the training).
