Think about products you were enticed to purchase using social media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Vine, YouTube, etc.)

• Tell us your favorite product that you purchased using social media and what positioning statement the company used.
• Make sure you include the information from the fill-in-the-blank positioning statement.
• Also, state your opinion on how well social media clearly portrayed the positioning statement.

Discussiuon 2: "Job Analysis and Recruitment"

Please respond to the following:

1. Job analysis helps HR professionals collect infomationabout tasks that workers need to perform. Practicing good job analysis may prevent legal issues down the road. Identify at least three ways that you and your HR team can avoid legal issues when conducting and implementing results of a job analysis.

2. Just recruiting employees for the sake of it is not an effective strategy. A strategic approach to recruiting is more desirable. Review "How is Employee Recruiting Strategic", and select the category you believe best fits your current organization. Explain why and be specific. NOTE: If you are unemployed, choose any type of organization, then select a category that fits.
