We are to answer several questions relating to trustworthy leadership. The questions include is a leader's credibility established through the leader's trustworthiness? Why or Why not? What is the impact on an organization when employees trust their leader(s)? What is the impact on an organization when employees do not trust their leader(s)? Does trust for a leader help to improve the behavior and attitudes of organizational members?

Does a leader's credibility establish a leader's trustworthiness? The answer to this question is yes. What makes a great leader anyway? According to "Heidi Halvorson trustworthiness is the number one thing employees have stressed within the workplace" (Behance, Inc. (2016, March 08)). To me having a leader that is considered trustworthy and has a great history of standing up for his followers is a great example of a leader. "When your team trusts your leader, it increases commitment to team goals. Communication improves, and ideas flow more freely, increasing creativity and productivity" (Behance, Inc. (2016, March 08)).

What is the impact on an organization when employees do not trust their leader(s)? "Business School professor Amy Cuddy, the author of many of the key studies on trust and leadership, has argued that when employees do not trust their leader, the employees almost do not want to work for their leader" (Behance, Inc. (2016, March 08)). They might respect you, but fearful employees are rarely able to work at their best.

Lastly, does trust for a leader help to improve the behavior and attitudes of organizational members? Yes, I believe it does. When employees are pleased with their leader, they often complain less and come to work with a positive attitude.
