This is the identity theft. The purpose of the Week 3 assignment Body Paragraphs is to construct three body paragraphs for the Expository Essay due in Week 5.
Complete the Body Paragraphs assignment.
• This assignment should be at least 350 words.
• Review instructor feedback from your previous week's assignment, especially the thesis statement and topic sentences.
• Review this week's Grammar Tutorials on the appropriate use of verbs, adjectives, adverbs, and pronouns. Include verbs, adjectives, and adverbs into your sentences to clearly communicate information to the reader. Using these types of words can help the reader create an image and understand exactly what the writer is saying. Work toward eliminating or limiting the use of pronouns within your sentences.
• Use the Body Paragraphs template to write your paragraphs for submission.
o Fill out the title page of the template.
o Write your thesis statement at the top of page 2 in the template to present the supporting points that will be discussed in the body paragraphs.
o Write at least one paragraph for each one of the three supporting points of your thesis statement. Each paragraph should be 7 to 10 sentences long and begin with a topic sentence. Each body paragraph should include a topic sentence, supporting details, and a concluding sentence that leads the reader to the next point. Double space the body paragraphs and use either Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier 12-point font (APA required).
o Add your two scholarly article sources to the Reference list at the end of the paper. You may use the Reference and Citation Generator to help you construct the Reference list for this assignment.
• Review the Body Paragraphs Sample to give you an idea of the expectations for this assignment.
• You do not need to include the introduction and conclusion paragraphs this week, as you will be working on those next week.
