Position Statement: An organization has implemented a leadership development program that has focused upon improving several core leader competencies among their organizational leaders, including: leading employees (motivating, developing, and retaining top performers), confronting difficult employees (acting decisively and with fairness when dealing with difficult employees), and conflict management (managing and resolving conflicts and disagreements in a constructive way). The organization is interested in determining whether the program is a success. How would you recommend the organization go about examining the success of the program?
